He explained the imbalance clearly, saying that if his left ear hears at 100%, his right ear only picks up around 30%, and that he’s been taking medication and seeing doctors regularly to manage it.
V said the condition actually worsened during his mandatory military service, but that people around him at the time dismissed it as a “mental issue” tied to mindset rather than a real physical problem, something he admitted he ended up believing for a while before getting it properly checked out. Jungkook, visibly concerned during the exchange, asked whether a recent hospital visit had helped, to which V confirmed he’s continuing treatment.
